Alan is a Senior Commercial Executive within the Telecommunications and Media Industries, who has spent 15 years working for Eurovision Media Services (the last 5 as a consultant), the premier distributor of sports and new content for the world’s top broadcast and media platforms.
Within the EBU, Alan was responsible for building and managing the Worldwide Sales team for their Network services offering, as well as managing, a number of the EBU’s most prestigious global accounts – including Formula 1, UEFA, FIFA, IMG, Sky, NBA, and the PGA Tour.

Sarah Swanton - Co Founder & Director
Expertise: Performance & Mindset Coaching for CEOs, Senior Management and their teams.
Sarah co-founded 808 Talent with Ben in 2014, and prior to that enjoyed a career in recruitment based both in London and overseas (Sydney).
Although still involved in the day to day operations of the business, her main focus now is in utilising her coaching skills to help CEOS, management, sales teams, and individuals to understand how their mind works so they can fully realise their potential when it comes to performance and achieving results.
