A Senior Commercial Executive within the Broadcast and Sports Media Technology industry, Alan has spent 20 years in senior commercial leadership positions working for Eurovision Services and SES. He has built and managed global sales teams, and partnered with many of the most prestigious Broadcasters and Sports Rights Holders worldwide including Formula 1, NBA, PGA Tour, UEFA, FIFA, Wimbledon, IMG, and Sky. Alan offers 808 Talent and our clients extensive expertise in new market penetration, crafting sales strategies, team building, and overall management.

Beginning her recruitment career in 2001 with a global consultancy and gaining valuable experience in both London and Sydney, Sarah then joined Ben and the team at ICP Search, where she specialised in recruiting talent for technology companies in the Broadcast Media industry. At 808 Talent, Sarah not only oversees day-to-day operations but is also a passionate advocate for mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. She believes in the powerful role these factors play in enhancing employee retention, performance, and overall organisational culture. Currently, Sarah is training as a Psychotherapist, aiming to leverage her expertise to support leaders, teams, and organisations in fostering healthier work environments.
